Terms and Conditions totowin – Complete Platform Usage Guide

01Member Eligibility

The totowin platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you confirm that you fully satisfy all these conditions without exception.

• Minimum age of 18 – You must be at least 18 years of age at the date of registration. totowin conducts age verification during the KYC process and reserves the right to close any account found not to meet the age requirement.
• Real individual – Registration must be made in the name of a real individual. Registration on behalf of a company, organisation, or any non-individual entity is not permitted.
• One account per individual – Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Not a prohibited nationality – Registrations from regions or countries that explicitly prohibit online gambling are not permitted. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of this platform complies with their local laws.
• Not on the self-exclusion list – Individuals who have applied for self-exclusion through any responsible gambling programme are not eligible to register.

02Account Registration

The totowin registration process is designed to be simple and quick, but you are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. False or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. TotoWin will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• All activity conducted through your account is entirely your responsibility, including cases where your account is accessed without authorisation due to your own negligence.
• Email verification is required to fully activate your account. Unverified accounts may have certain functional restrictions.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) process will be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a national ID, utility bill, and bank statement.

03Deposits & Withdrawals

Totowin supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing funds convenient for you.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods. The daily maximum deposit limit depends on your account level and chosen payment method.
• Deposits via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other local methods are processed instantly. TotoWin does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes within the TotoWin platform. Deposits made for money laundering or any illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for local payment methods, subject to completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet in the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Totowin reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review purposes. In such cases, our team will contact you within 24 hours with further information.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) associated with a bonus must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed for any balance involving that bonus.

04Bonuses & Promotions

Totowin offers a variety of exciting bonuses and promotions for members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• Wagering requirement (rollover) – Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. The rollover rate will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonus validity period – Most bonuses have a validity period of 7 to 30 days. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be automatically forfeited.
• One bonus per promotion – Each member is only eligible to claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times using different accounts is a violation of terms.
• Eligible games – Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and Live Casino may contribute at different rates.
• Wagering limit while a bonus is active – The maximum wager while a bonus is active is RM 20 per round or hand, unless otherwise stated. Wagering above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

05Game Rules

All games on the totowin platform are operated under the fair play rules set by licensed game providers. The following general rules apply to all game types.

• The outcome of all games is final once a round is complete. No appeals can be made based on player error or misunderstanding of the rules.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay that results in loss of funds will be investigated and resolved by the totowin technical team. A credit reversal will be issued if evidence confirms an error on the platform's part.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Collusion between players in poker or other multiplayer games is a serious violation. TotoWin uses a sophisticated betting pattern detection system to identify such activity.
• Exploiting any technical errors or bugs in games to obtain illegitimate gains is prohibited. Funds obtained in this manner will be seized.

06Security & Privacy

Totowin takes the data protection and account security of all members seriously. The following outlines the shared responsibilities between the platform and members in keeping accounts secure.

• You are responsible for using a strong and unique password for your TotoWin account. We recommend a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts. Enabling 2FA adds an effective extra layer of security.
• Never share your login details with anyone, including TotoWin support staff. We will never ask for your password.

07Account Closure & Suspension

• Fraud, money laundering, or activity suspected of involving illegal funds.
• Owning multiple accounts or registering using a false identity.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions for illegitimate gain.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward customer support staff.
• Closure request by the member themselves for any reason, including self-exclusion.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the TotoWin support team. Any valid remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that do not meet the requirements) will be refunded via the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

08Disclaimer & Liability Limit

The totowin platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, the following important disclaimers should be noted:

• Totowin does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, software bugs, or interruptions beyond our control, such as third-party infrastructure failures.
• Totowin is not liable for any loss of funds that is not caused by an error on the platform itself, including losses resulting from betting decisions made by members.
• Links to third-party services (where applicable) are provided for convenience only. TotoWin does not guarantee or take responsibility for the content or policies of those third-party services.
• TotoWin's liability in any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the member in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

09Responsible Gambling

Totowin is committed to responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their playing habits.

• Deposit limit – Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Loss limit – Set a maximum loss limit for any given time period to prevent excessive spending.
• Temporary break – The break feature allows members to suspend their access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion – Members who need an extended break may apply for self-exclusion for 6 months to 5 years, or permanently.

10Terms Amendment & Applicable Laws

• We will endeavour to provide advance notice of material amendments via registered email or in-platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where totowin is licensed. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be referred to a recognised arbitration body.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
